Every unit reports telemetry. If it stalls, goes offline, or leaves its boundary, our ops hub is alerted and a field operator is dispatched — usually before you notice.
Do I need to be home?
No. Drops, cuts, edge cleanups, and pickups all happen without you lifting a finger. You get photo proof by text when the visit is done.
How does the block discount work?
When 3 or more neighboring homes join the same route, one visit services the whole block — so everyone's monthly rate drops toward $120. Your quote link doubles as an invite: share it with your neighbors and the discount applies to all of you.
I already own a robot mower — can you just run it?
